Birth Package

Prenatal Sessions -

2 prenatal sessions either in your home or virtual. In-depth education, planning, and demonstrations based on your wishes and vision for your birth.

On-call Timeframe -

Starting at 38 weeks, I am on-call until your birth takes place. This means I will remain available to join you in a timely manner and I will not plan any travel during this time. If you have a history of early labors or you are high-risk and will need an early induction, adjustments may be made.

Continuous Labor Support -

From the time I arrive at your birthing location, I will remain with you for the duration of your labor and birth.

Postpartum Visit -

I will visit you in your home shortly after your birth to reflect on your experience, answer questions, and provide postpartum resources,

Access to Resources -

In addition to educational resources, I bring a wide variety of tools to each birth. This can include a TENS unit, a CUB, a birth ball, aromatherapy, a birth sling, and a rebozo.

Birth Plan Creation

A virtual two-hour personalized session to create your birth plan. I will share my knowledge of hospital policies at your place of birth to include relevant information. I will ensure you know your options and your rights as a patient. I will provide evidence-based resources if you need additional information to make decisions.

Birth Only

This option is available on a case-by-case basis, typically for planned cesareans.

$1,000.00

There may be additional travel fees for clients who live more than 20 miles from the West Knoxville area.
